“Here is the test to find whether your mission on earth is finished. If you’re alive, it isn’t.”
Richard Bach hit the bullseye when he said the above. Everyone aspires to be something when they grow up; some people get there on their own, others look for guidance in teachers, friends and family, and, still some others get help from a life coach. A life coach will help you close the gap between what you are and what you wish to achieve. She will help understand and alleviate your fears, eliminate areas of procrastination, give you a set of definitive goals, and suggest small steps that will put you on the path to your aspirations. She will also help you be a better communicator, both professionally and personally.
To understand how I can best help you, you will need to first help yourself by accepting that something needs changing. It could be a difficult situation at your current job, or a particular communication issue; it could be a conflict in your marital life, or concerns about your relationship with your children. It could be something that you have always wanted to try out but never had the courage to – like a marathon. Or it could be a venture that you wish to start, but are overwhelmed with where to begin. Once you figure this out, things only get easier. Congratulations – you have taken the first step!
After that, think of me as your personal mental trainer – I will listen to your story, understand your needs, formulate customized next steps, implement a plan, and then constantly draw feedback. If things are not on the right track, we will try another approach. If things are working well, my work is done.
Just send me a message and we can take it from there!
